During the second meeting in Fano (Italy) the partners discussed on the content of the compendium, which will be one of the final results of the ProBM project. The draft theoretical part is ready (Chapter 1). The compendium will also contain the following chapters:

Chapter 2: the results from case study analysis (comparative analysis)

Chapter 3: the results from the questionnaires sent to the target groups

Additional part: Word bank.
Chapter 2: In order to make case studies analysis in companies, the partners must prepare a template for the interviewees. The template (questionnaire) will be ready by the end of May. Each partner should make case study analysis in 3-5 companies (1-2 people per company). The main scope of the questionnaire is to know if companies use business models and which elements are important for them. The comparative analysis will contain strong and weak points of using business models, and practical aspects of using such types of models.
Chapter 3: The list of knowledge and skills will be the base for the elaboration of the questionnaire for the target groups. Therefore the task of the partners was to prepare the lists of knowledge and skills, which are included into curricula and available in their countries. The coordinator of the project attach the list of skills and knowledge (Excel file), which can be acquired when participating is studies at different levels in Poland.
We will strongly invite companies to participate in the project, especially to help us to make case studies on business models used in enterprises.
