The Institute's activity is centered on basic, applied, experimental and implementation research in 11 main thematic areas including system research, innovation and knowledge transfer, surface engineering, education and vocational training, mechatronics, prototype and experimental production, control systems, information technologies, environmental technologies, textile technologies and tribology. The Institute has its own publishing department which offers editing, publishing and printing services.

University of Malta
The Università ta’ Malta traces its origins to the founding of the Collegium Melitense by the Jesuits in 1592. The College was raised to University status in 1769. There are over 10,000 students including over 750 foreign/exchange students from nearly 80 different countries, following full-time or part-time degree and diploma courses. The Edward de Bono Institute for the Design and Development of Thinking was set up at the University of Malta in collaboration with Professor Edward de Bono in 1992. Over the years, the Institute has expanded and diversified its activities, and now offers a wide range of courses and events to University students and to the general public. These include a Masters program, a Diploma in Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and a PhD by research program. The key subject areas on which the Institute focuses are creativity (idea generation), innovation management, entrepreneurship and foresight.

The Institute of Entrepreneurship Development is a research organization established in 2005, focused on the promotion of entrepreneurship for everyone. The organization's main activity is the implementation of projects under some of Europe's most influential and groundbreaking Programmes like the HORIZON 2020 and the ERASMUS+ programmes.

Factor Social (FS) is a dynamic SME specialized in using Psychology as a solution in different problems and contexts. Founded in 2004, the FS crosses data in education, engineering and physical science with psychological, and social science knowledge to develop and implement sustainable solutions. We have intervene in very different sets ranging from simple evaluation of systems to complex societal problems on a global scale. The company has experience working in multiple sectors, across the globe, including coordinating European Union funded projects projects. As a certified training company, the FS has expertise in training management, creation and implementation. The FS team has experience in creating and providing entrepreneurship and employment-related training courses.
University “Dunarea de Jos” of Galati
The University Dunarea de Jos of Galati, Romania (UDJG) is a higher education institution, the most important in the South-East Region of country. UDJG offers study programs from bachelor to PhD in engineering, economics and social sciences through fifteen faculties that provide a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs for over 15,000 enrolled students. R&D activities are fundamental at UDJG, and numerous partnerships have enabled the University to participate in many national and international R&D projects. The University “Dunarea de Jos” of Galati will participate in the current project through the Department of Computer Science from Faculty of Automation, Computing, Electrical and Electronic Engineering (FACIEE). The main directions of R&D programs at this Department are Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL), artificial intelligence and collaborative creativity.

TRAINING 2000 is an adult education and training organisation, founded in 1992. The organisation is experienced in education and training and in research and development of new methodologies in training. TRAINING 2000 has covered research and development of innovative training material in the areas of trainer education, migrants integration, cultural risks at work and cultural awareness, training of youth and seniors, apprenticeship, work-based learning in companies, and validation of competences of adults.
University of Applied Sciences of Southern Switzerland, SUPSI – Department of Economics, Health and Social Sciences, DEASS (Associated Partner)
The DEASS is the Department of Economics, Health and Social Sciences of the University of Applied Sciences of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI). By integrating three sectors (business economics, social and health care), the Department is able to analyse and deal with complex problems of the today’s world in a more effective manner, particularly as regards the interpretation of health, economic and social policy issues in Switzerland, namely challenges and needs of Swiss citizens, businesses, organisations and public institutions. The Department has a strong network of national and international contacts that allows better understanding and interpretation of the educational needs and current socio-econommic transformations. The DEASS is the largest SUPSI Department in terms of the student number. The Deaprtment participates in the total of 70 research projects (both national and international) and the main strategic axes of interest and project partnership are developed upon: citizenship, urban development studies and labour transformation; didactic innovations in vocational training, and sectoral professional profiles and competences
